One month later, he had infectious disease because of the high peak of Epidemic virus in the kindergarden. He was in hospital for about two weeks. Always, I felt sorry and self-blamed to my little boy from the bottom of my heart. Because I thought that it was me did not take good care of him. I didn’t give him enough care and attention when he needed me most at his special moment.
Woe is not alone, after one month, my husband’s finger was hurt by the machine . And he had to be in the hospital for at least two weeks. Therefore I decided that I had to give up my job.I talked with my boss Jack about the details for a long time. And he also knew that how the difficult times I was going through. He said: “ if there is any difficulty no matter on the life or the economy, I could do my best to help you. The door of company will be open for you all the time. And for this period, you could take leave first for taking good care of your family, one month, 6 months or more, whatever you need. When your family is better, you could come back any time.” At this moment, I cried and was thankful because of his kindness.
I would like to say even I was unlucky to meet such setbacks on the life. But I am extremely lucky to join this company OTAI Special Steel (4140 steel suppliers). After 6 months later, I resumed to work, to come back this warm and lovely company. I understood that why our company got the firmed trust from different customers all over the world.
