In 2019 ,C45/S50C steel price goes up and down between 636 and 551 USD per ton .
In the Q1,2019 ,Carbon steel price kept going up .EXW price from 590 USD per ton up to 619 USD per ton on March .
In the Q2,2019 ,Carbon steel increased at EXW 637USD per ton on April ,and during May until June ,the price stable at 637 USD per ton .
In the Q3,2019 ,Carbon steel price continues fall from 637 USD to584 USD per ton .
In the Q4,2019,Carbon steel price price kept going down 551 USD per ton ,the price hit the bottom in 2019 .and price began to rebound in Novenber until now .
The reason of carbon steel price go up during Q1 & Q2:
1. The amount of social funds is abundant, and the ferrous metal (CARBON STEEL) has attracted so much attention from market.
2.The inventory quantity of carbon steel at the market on Q1 is smaler than before ,all the manufacturer & Stockist & Distributor sell out their inventory for cash before Chinese new year 2019 .
3. Society expects the demand for construction sites will better during Q2 , and many stockist stock up a lot ,and waiting to sell by better price in Q2
4. A new round of environmental protection policies announced at the end of 2018 is being implemented, and market expectations are beginning to change.
