Typical application to cold work die tool, such as lathe Center, reamer, bushing, lathe chuck jaw, the main cavity sinking hob, paper cutting machine knives, thread plug gauge, thread gauges and precision measuring tools. Also commonly used in applications such as CAM, cloth cutting knife, the cold water tap, reamer, sew jacket, reduce the hob, slotting cutter, trimming die, tube expander roll, the plastic mold, woodworking cutting tools etc.

O1 tool steel hardness:
Annealing: 255HB Max
Tempering: at 100°C and 350°C.
