AISI T4 is a American high speed alloy steel material grade.it is shock resisting steel. it belong to ASTM A600-1999 standard. UNS Metal Steel Grade T12004, It is a High Speed steel, ASTM T4 is a tungsten type containing cobalt high speed steel, the W18Cr4V red hardness and the high temperature hardness is a little higher, but toughness is low, after quenching, surface hardness is 63-63 HRC. Used for high speed cutting tool, machine tool automation, for cutting high strength material.. Our Tool Steel material 100 % ultrasonic tested with good price.
