Used to make cold work or hot work dressing dies, sides of rollers, screw lines, lines dies, transformer core stamping dies, rolled knives, steel tube forming rollers, special molding rollers, screw heading molds, etc. Also used for blanking dies, stamping dies and pressing dies with a thickness ≤ 6mm. It can also be found in the production of various kinds of scissors, inlaid blades and thread rolling dies. It is also used to make wear-resistant slider cold heading dies, deep drawing molding dies, cold extrusion dies and in the making of thermosetting resin molding dies and common plastic dies, etc.

Slowly heated the tool steel and uniformly to 700°C（1418℉） then more rapidly to 900-1040°C（1562-1904℉）. After forging slowly cool down .

Tool steels can be tempered at 204ºC (400ºF) for achieving Rockwell C hardness of 61 and at 537ºC (1000ºF) for a Rockwell C hardness of 54. The second tempering should be a repetition of the first. all data only for your reference.
