For this P20 steel, I would like to share a funny story about my senior manager Mr. Liang. Following is his statement:

I remember that when I start to work in this plastic mold steel field. there is no professional training on the products at all at that company. we only have a product catalog that was copied from another competitor supplier. it is only with 2-3 pages. And the catalog is very simple, the paper quality is worse. I only could read the number from a catalog, but could not understand anything about other words meaning.

During the company for about two weeks, I always sit in front of the computer.  I searched for some more data for the P20 steel from the internet. On the morning of one day, the boss asked me that can you visit the customer for the business. I was shocked and my head is blank because I did not get any training on the products. I had no idea about the target customers which will use the P20 steel. it may lose my face if I said to the boss I can’t do it. So I said yes, I can. And then I checked some customer contact info and address in Dongguan. visited them immediately without making an appointment.

When I met the customer, I gave him my name card and catalog and had a very short introduction to my company .and after that, I kept silent over there. The customer asked me some simple questions and found I was fresh sales. Even in my mind, I questioned myself, what is the P20 steel? Is it plastic or steel? He said, hey, young man, thanks for your visit. I purchased the plastic mold steel from another supplier. we will not choose the new supplier which is a small company.
