We got a feedback from a customer that : you visited my customer as you coming to our market ,and our customer use you own price to let us cut down our cost .it is hurt for our us  .I was deeply touched on the feedback .

For the steel business trip to alloy steel market , it is a long-term direction combined with Otai’s business model. However ,the purpose is to know the market well, but not looking for each customer for cooperation.

Seller choose cooperated partners same as  buyer choose their suppliers .

Just like customer will choose their suppliers, we also choose the customer according to our business model. There is more than 20 suppliers in customer’s supplier list,Customer will contact or meeting with them in the early stage,but not means they will cooperate with each of them . (the suppliers ,may some one is mill factory ,distributor ,stockist same as Otai steel ,or trade company) Customer choose or change them according to their business mode /order request / payment terms etc.,As seller ,we focus on set up long-term cooperation with 1-3 customers,but not sell our material to each customer or end user in a oversea market . ( it will take too much time to contact the purchase requirement and follow up feedback of after-sale,we do wholesale ,but not retail )

Knowing a market better can help avoid business risk as possible as we could.

International business will under bigger trade risk under government policy /Credit / exchange rate /price / Shipment etc. ,which compared with the local business activities, Otai do the steel business with steady management over 20 years ,we more seriously for market than other peers .Otai only in charging of reasonable but not huge profit ,and avoiding the risk both customers & Otai as possible as we could .

If we know a oversea market better ,we will know what should we do ,how to do well ,and what we can do better .
