H13 material is hot working tooling steel. It added for alloy steel on the basis of carbon tooling steel according to GB/T1299-2014 . It is equivalent to GB-4Cr5MoSiv1.

H13 material steel is most representative in hot working steel.

H13 material Performance :

H13 steel has great quenching capacity, it can quenching while it appeals to air.
H13 steel it can not be easy to change its sharpe while it did heat treatment and its performance and service life will be longer than 3Cr2W8W steel.

H13 material Heat treatment :

H13 have high quenching capacity and toughness.
H13 hardness – 245-205HB in the annealed condition.
H13 hardness–≥50HRC in quenching condition.

H13 material Application:

Its application in a wide range of d forging dies, mold die, aluminum and alloy die, forging press die in industry.
