As you now ,Otai focus on tooling steel ,the hot work steel 1.2344 (H13)/1.2343 /1.2714 etc,and plastic mold steel 1.2311(P20) /1.2083 /1.2312 /1.2379 etc.

A customer need 1.2344 Hot work tooling steel .and send the RFQ /List demand to us,we also update our best price to them .

It is a little pity that we did not start business cooperation in 2019  . I share the last email from the customer here :

Dear Elwa :

Thank you very much for your message and calling.

You know, we are company from S***, which sale steel, special tooling steel. We have one big stock here, and we buy a lot of tooling steel materials for our stock.

We have a lot of cutting machine, because we have many customers, and they want to cut a smaller pieces of all materials. So, we are cutting all the time. We have a lot of work for cutting materials to the smaller pieces. And we have a little bit time (sometimes no time) to choose or decide to order next steel materials. Of course, we need its, and we have to find a time for it. But just now is on S*** holiday time, and we have a lot of employes on the holidays.

My collegue, which is responsible for ordering new materials, is on holiday, and he will return next week. Of course, he don´t work only on ordering, he have a lot of next work.

So, please, we need time to decide and choose the supplier for this materials, we calculate with you of course, but I have no answer at this time for you. So, please, give us the time to correct deciding, and after I will send you my next questions, or answer on your offer. Thank you.
