Hardness in condition as supplied 280-325HB(28-34HRC) . Good machinability, better polishability compared with 1.2312. Capable for texturing.

Characteristics:

1.2311 Plastic mold steel is supplied in the heat treated condition to a tensile strength of 950-1100MPa and by further heat treatment a hardness level of approximately 50 HRC can be achieved.

Improved wear resistance can be achieved by flame/ induction hardening to give a surface hardness of up to 54 HRC or by nitriding, to give a surface hardness of approximately 60 HRC whilst maintaining the high, as supplied core strength of 950-1100MPa. 1.2311 Plstic mold steel offers excellent polishability and good surface finish when subjected to electrical discharge machining (EDM) or texturing.

Seamless steel pipe , there are no welding or joints and is manufactured from solid round billets . The seamless pipe is finished to dimensional and wall thickness specifications in sizes from 1/8 inch to 26 inch OD.

Seamless Pipe is formed by forcing molten metal through a round die with a plug in the center to form a long tube of continuous metal which is then cut into appropriate lengths; usually either 21 ft or 40 ft. although other lengths are available. Seamless Pipe is more uniform in consistency unlike Rolled and Welded Pipe that has been seam welded. Seamless Pipe can also, usually, withstand higher operating pressures and temperatures than Weld Pipe so it is commonly preferred for use in high pressure systems. Fluid flow through Seamless pipe is generally less turbulent than Welded pipe also.

At present, the upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry is gradually squeezing the living space of the US manufacturing industry. The internationalization of the RMB shakes the status of the US dollar. The cooperation-based relations between China and the United States transfers to the competition-based relationship, it will inevitably lead to fierce economic conflicts.

1. The cost of the direct export of steel to China is increased. The trade war has hindered the export of China’s steel products and increased export costs.
