Chemically, 42CrMo4 shaft Annealed is respectively simple in assimilation with several tool steels. It has 0.42% carbon, 0.30% silicon, 0.20% molybdenum, 1.00% manganese and 1.00% chromium per mass. It also manages to have phosphorus purities in trace amounts and sulfur – up to 0.025 percent.

These trace elements, when presented with the simplest steel such as 1040, generate the characteristics of 42CrMo4 Shaft Annealed. However the 42CrMo4 Shaft Annealed persists congruently simple. It is handled in a more extensive range of more dominated tool steel applications, such as the D or S series of steel.

The 42CrMo4 HT is pre-tempered during processing for an average hardening of 28-32 HRC. The steel has a flexibility module of 200 GPa and a specific gravity of 7.81. It also contains a density of .282 pounds per cubic inch, or 7,810 kilograms per cubic meter.

Since 42CrMo4 HT is pre-tempered, the additional thermal method is often avoided. However, it can be requisitioned at 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit (10 to 15 degrees Celsius) has to return to its most docile stage. It can be resistant, preheating it to 1,250-1,300 degrees Fahrenheit (677 – 704 degrees Celsius). And then heating it to 1,550-1,600 degrees (843 – 871 degrees Celsius), and keeping that temperature for 30 minutes. After heating it, the steel has to be cooled in oil and quickly tempered.

42CrMo4 Shaft Annealed, it is our rolling stock grade. Usually, we will keep the steel plates in stock for about 1000Tons/per day. Applications

42CD4 Sheet Q+T  steel is a alloy structural steel, 42CD4 is used for engineering structural, like high tensile shafts, bolts and nuts, gears, pinions and spindles. Locomotive traction with the big gear, supercharger drive gear, pressure vessel, rear axle, gear load of connecting rod and a spring clip,42CD4 can also be used to under 2000 m deep well of oil drill pipe joint and the fishing tool, and can be used for bending machine mould, etc.

Tempering
42CD4 Sheet Q+T  can be tempered at 205 to 649°C (400 to 1200°F) depending,upon the desired hardness level. The hardness of the steel can be increased, if it has lower tempering temperature. For example, tensile strength of 225 ksi cab be achieved by tempering at 316°C (600°F), and a tensile strength of 130 ksi can be achieved by tempering at 538°C (1000°F).

42CD4 Plate Q+T, the order continues even the lunar year is coming.

Recently, I can feel the atmosphere of china’s lunar year. Our office locates in Dongguan city, canton province .because our office is in the office building, the lift is limited, we have to wait for the lift every working-day. Applications of 1.7225 steel  material

1.7225 steel is a typical alloy structural steel, Its Mechanical Properties is very nice. So the 1.7225 application range is very widly. DIN 1.7225 can use in gearing, bearing, machinery structural parts, Like Possesses good hardness and high strength, hardenability, quenching deformation of small, high temperature creep rupture strength and high. Forging of 1.7225 steel material

Preheat slowly to 750°C then increase the temperature more rapidly to 1150-1200 °C. Do not forge below 850°C. Then cool the 1.7225 slowly after forging, cool in ash or lime ,either in a furnace or in vermiculite.

1.7225 shaft annealed

Heat to the 1.7225 steel and Soak thoroughly at 800-850°C before furnace cooling at a maximum rate of 20°C per hour down to 480°C followed by cooling in furnace or air.

H13 STEEL APPLICATION IN LIFE-Chapter7

authors found that an average pulse energy of 30 J mm⁻² –H13 TOOL STEEL was required for continuous track deposition at pulse frequencies between 20 and 90 Hz. The melting of H13 TOOL STEEL  the WC particles in the Co matrix could be controlled by changing the pulse duration. Dense and defect-free multilayer specimens of WC–17 wt.%Co cermet, with microhardness of 1250–1700 Vickers, were fabricated. Dense, crack-free, thin wall specimens of a cermet with 85%WC, 10%Co, 5% impurities were obtained by Xiong et al. (282) using the LENS process. The average hardness of the depositions was about 1300 HV. The authors observed a layered structure in their depositions, which they explained by the coalescence of H13 TOOL STEELthe WC to form large particles, but H13 TOOL STEEL subsequent studies showed that they are due to the formation and remelting of a H13 TOOL STEEL low temperature eutectic in the underlying material (283). Therefore,H13 TOOL STEEL to avoid remelting and the resulting inhomogeneity in the microstructure, the temperature in the layer immediately below that being deposited must remain below the eutectic temperature. The influence of the processing parameters on the microstructure, mechanical properties and wear resistance of WC–12%Co cermets laser-deposited by the LENS process were studied by Balla et al. (284). The results showed that carbide dissolution and carbide particle distribution must be controlled by proper selection of the laser parameters in particular of the laser beam energy.
