That is because when make the fire cutting, the temperature is about 1000 degree. During proceed the cutting edge, this high temperature is meaning on making the quenching, it will make the hardness harder. What is more, it will affect the cutting part even make it crack.

By the way, we are sharing here for the difference between the saw cutting and fire cutting.Fire cutting:  The cutting price is much cheaper than the saw cutting, and the speed is fast, but the wastage is very big.
