A2 Steel,How to get the real A2 Steel from China?
A few days ago, a customer who always bought 42CrMo form our company,the boss is specialized in for automotive molds, he asked some question about the mold steel of A2 Steel.During the conversation, I found that the customer did not know this material at all, he only notice that the foreign customers designated A2 Steel, and he was very cautious. He also asked a lot of mold steel stockist. Some of them sold mold steel at very high prices, and some of them did n’t know what is it. Before, he bought 42CrMo steel from other suppliers, the price of that fake material was also 30% higher than us.OTAI Special Steel Company sold 42CrMo without any quality problems,so he trust our company more since he work with us, and once again asked us about the situation of it.we told customer that you asked the right person this time. We are very familiar foreign mold steel standards,and you will never come to grief.
We explained to customer that because A2 Steel is the American standard mold steel, our country does not completely correspond to mold steel,if it’s good for him,we could offer some suggestion of mold steel which could be replaced.
The steel you got from others before was fake . At present, there are very few manufacturers in China, they are able to produce A2 Steel ,and the standards according to American standards. Only a few of my export companies have customized this mold steel,they according to the American standard A2 Steel standards, so those who you asked before,which sell molds. It ‘s made sense that, most of the company offered e a random quote to you. After hearing it,our customer realized why he got so much trouble of it before. Finally, the customer were so kind,and said he wish he could knew us earlier, asked their to purchaser to give A2 Steel to us.
