Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a factory, with 16 years’ selling experience.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Dongguan city, in Guangdong Province in the South of China. There is an interactive Google map on our contact page.
Can I visit your factory? How do I get there?
Please do! We welcome our clients at all times. You can fly in to BaoAn or GuangZhou airport and we will arrange for a driver to pick you up and deliver you directly to our factory.

What are our product conditions / specifications?
For heat treatment:
We can supply Annealing, Quenching + Tempering(Q+T), Normalized + Tempering (N+T), or as per customer requirements.
For surface treatment:
We can supply bright, black, coated or as per customer requirements.
Length:
Tool steel average length = 2000mm – 4000mm
Alloy structural steel average length = 3000mm – 9000mm
Carbon steel average length = 6000mm
(For shipment in 20 foot containers, we advise all cutting to be between 3000mm – 5800mm)
What are the details of your after sales service?
1) We provide the necessary technical support to all of our customers, such as material performance and heat treatment data advice.
2) We provide the appropriate steel material technical parameters for customers in Germany, The USA, Japan, Britain, and other countries.
3) If the quality of the steel material is problematic, we offer free replacement of the faulty goods.
