Last article tell the story Asia customer Mr J questioned OTAI did not supply steel 34CrNiMo6 Q+T condition from data of SGS report. I did not reply him that moment.

Next day, when I back to office, I carefully checked BS EN 10343-2009 standard and our steel 34CrNiMo6 SGS report, then understand what happened. If you study this material deeply, you will also have an idea what happened. I paste below email to explain the reason.

Quite appreciate you check my email and SGS report carefully. I guess you should ignore different diameter, different tensile strength standard after QT, and did not noticed I sent you two SGS report for different diameter. Please check attached BS EN 10343-2009 standard and machanical properties table. Our customer purchased Φ55mm,Φ210mm, Φ230mm from us.

Φ55mm, tensile strength in standard is 1000-1200MPa, our SGS test result is 1154MPa. Please check table 1.

Φ210mm&Φ230mm, tensile strength in standard is 800-950MPa, our SGS test result is 936MPa. Please check table 2.

This shipment is absolutely Q+T FOR SURE. Please do not worry about this grade, all our stock is from top 3 China mill, quality is very stable.
