Heat treatment Related

  • Annealing of 34CrMo4 Alloy structural steel

heated to 870 ℃ and allow enough times, let the steel to be thoroughly heated, Then cool slowly in the furnace. The 34CrMo4 alloy steel will get MAX 250 HB

  • Hardening of DIN Alloy structural steel 34CrMo4

First quenching heated slowly to 880°C, Then after adequate soaking at this temperature quench in oil or water. Temper as soon as tools reach room temperature. Second quenching heat to 780-820°C, then quenching in oil or water.

  • Tempering of 34CrMo4 Alloy structural steel

Heat to 205-649°C, then cool in water or oil. normal delivery hardness 18-22 HRC.

  • Forging of Alloy Steel 34CrMo4

DIN 34CrMo4 alloy steel is forged at 926 to 1205°C (1700 to 2200°F)
