Application of BO1 Tool Steel
BS BO1 belong to Britain Standard BS 4659 Cold work alloy Steel Grade. Typical application Such as Stamping die, stamping die, bending die, die, punch, die finishing mould etc.
Heat Treatment of BS BO1 Tool Steel Cold Alloy Steel material
- Annealing temperature / C: 780 ~ 760
- After annealing, the hardness of HBS: is less than or equal to 229
- Preheat temperature:-
- Quenching temperature / C: 780 ~ 820
- Cooling medium: Oil
- Tempering temperature / C: 150 ~ 300
- After tempering hardness of HV: = 735
