Form of Supply

ST37 low carbon steel, we can supply the round bar, steel flat bar, plate, hexagonal steel bar and steel square block. Round bar can be sawn to your required lengths as one offs or multiple cut pieces. Rectangular pieces can be sawn from flat bar or plate to your specific sizes. Ground tool steel bar can be supplied, providing a quality precision finished bar to tight tolerances.

ST37 steel has the following mechanical properties: 

  • Yield strength of more than 235 MPa
  • Tensile strength of 360–510 MPa
  • Fracture strength of 360–510 MPa
  • Hardness of 170 HB
  • Tensile strength of 650–800 (N / mm2)

ST37 steel is used for: 

  • Riveting
  • Screwing
  • Welding
  • Increasing the mechanical properties of composite concrete systems
  • Structural applications
ST37 steel can be used without heat treatment, unless special use is required.
