A close friend who always buy 42CrMo4 Round Bar Q+T from my company,I still remember the beginning of our cooperation. At the beginning of that period,our delivery day of 42CrMo4 Round Bar Q+T is very very slow,around 30days for processing. In a general way,there no Q+T condition in stock,most of them is Hot roll black surface,forged black surface.so we have to take our goods to the heat treatment factory,as the we know the heat treatment factory is stable and have good repitation,but their delivery time is very slow,and the heat treatment fee is also expensive.sometimes I lost the orders of 42CrMo4 Round Bar Q+T because of delivery days,my friend really want to gave me those order,but he can not wait such long time,as most of his orders are so urgent.
The most important is about staff
After a year,finally,we found another heat treatment factory,and their delivery time for us only need 7 days,we gave them a small order for testing,and the hardness was also met our requirement.and we also sent our engineer to check theirmechanical equipment,and the most important is about staff,our enigneer asked a lot of question of technology,their worker are knows the technology well,and some of them are experienced.
Since we have cooperated several times, we have replaced most of the heat treatment work with them, such as Q+T, annealing and normalization.They never let us down.
