Normally, when we make the cut and mill flat bars, we will proceed it based on the closed thickness steel plates. For example, if you need the milled surface in 13mm thickness, we will make it based on the 16 mm thickness black surface steel plates. We will not cut and mill it based on the very thick blocks. As we all know, when produce the very thick blocks, the price cost will be more higher. And the quality will be not such stable in thick blocks. And moreover, when make it into milled flat bars, the output capacity will be very small if cut based on the block.
