We communicate with our customers through email and social media. Just like the other trade company .we chat with our clients abroad every day. We can meet different customers. I would like to share a customer story with you. I have known him several years ago .he sent me inquiries many times about the 4140 plates ASTM, and another kind of steel. However he never bought it .he is really a special client for me. I talk about this to him ”you send me lots of inquiries to me in three years, however, you never give me an order, when will you give me an order”, he answered me in humorous,” maybe next time, I will buy it from you.
