34CrNiMo6 Alloy steel  As a high-strength alloy steel.

It is widely used in the manufacture of important parts such as camshafts and connecting rods of engines or shaft. It can be used equivalent to AISI 4340. 34CrNiMo6 alloy steel is required to do heat treatment to make the hardness reach 36-40HRC,to meet a high mechanical properties request . The cutting performance of the material  is relatively poor. If the quality of the material is poor, it will be easy to cause the scrap of the semi-finished product or the short service life of the finished product , which will lead to great losses to the end user.
